1ripe avocado, sliced
some grated cheese (mozarella)
Instructions
Prepare arepas according to instructions (see link for recipe in text)
Cut the arepas open with a sharp knife, creating a pocket
Spread some hogao on the inside of the arepa. Add slices of avocado and top with grated cheese
Serve while fresh and warm
Notes
Arepas are best eaten the same day. Once stuffed they should be eaten as soon as possible.
